Featuring Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT®), its counterbalance system minimizes vibration through an integrated damper spring, which absorbs shock for impact protection. A 7-Amp motor gives you 2.1 foot-pounds of torque for optimal drilling power. The torque limiting clutch automatically disengages the gears to prevent mechanical overload. This Makita compact rotary hammer delivers up to 4,600 blows per minute and runs at a maximum no-load speed of 1,200 rpm. It provides rotation only, chipping only and hammering with rotation to suit various applications. You can also switch modes easily using the hammer function selector.
This Makita anti-vibration rotary hammer includes a variable-speed trigger to match your desired application speed. Its 40-bit angle settings also let you adjust bit positions for working convenience. The rotary hammer’s ergonomic pistol grip ensures your comfort while the no hammering when idling function prolongs tool life. A separate dust extraction accessory also helps minimize dust exposure.
